I was so honored when Monica took the time to read the poem From Sunrise to Sunset from my book One Nation, One Mission, One Promise.  She also shares why she selected this poem and her heartwarming story about the journey her parents took to live in America.

Monica is the author of the book How May I Serve, which she recently had the pleasure of speaking about on Good Morning America in a segment with Cameron Diaz.

Monica Bennett is an empowerment coach, teaching the laws of nature to live in joy and harmony within yourself, the community, and the world. She has a doctorates degree in Naturopathy, is a certified reflexologist, certified Nia dancer and certified biodynamic gardener.
